TRC has been providing Care Taker Training Program since 2016, fostering numerous professional care taking personnel and assist care takers in acquiring proper credentials. TRC branch offices also have been providing home services in New Taipei City, Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County, Miaoli County, Taichung City, Nantou County, Yunlin County, Kaohsiung City, and Taitung County.

With the Red Cross spirit of carrying out humanitarian work, the TRC Affiliated Long-term Care Home Service Agency was inaugurated in June 2020 with the purpose of taking care of the vulnerable population and providing professional service to people in need. The agency provides long-term care home services for New Taipei City and Taipei City as well as serving as Taipei City’s special contracted agency for home care service and care relief service, providing assistance for Wanhua District, Zhongzheng District, Zhongshan District, and Datong District.
