TRC has been conducting cross-strait witnessed repatriation operations and individual repatriation operations through the Mini Three Links in accordance with the Kinmen Agreement.  Commissioned by the National Immigration Agency, TRC Kinmen County Branch and Lianjiang County Branch offices have taken up the work of visiting illegal immigrants in the temporary shelters and detention centers throughout the years.  TRC also received cross-strait tracing applications, assisting people to locate their loved ones.
